The beer pours bright, amber and
copper. There is a tall, thick head of white foam. The aroma is
cooked vegetable, malt, light caramel. The taste follows the aromas,
but is bright and a bit tart at the end. The finish is just on the
dry side, very little bitterness. The beer is so carbonated that it
burns. As the strange tart note wears off, it becomes a decent light
beer.
