Toppling Goliath Galaxy Dry Hopped Pseudo Sue

The Toppling Goliath Brewing Company is in Decorah, Iowa. They do great things with beer. This takes their brilliant citra hopped Pseudo Sue pale ale, and dry hops it with Galaxy hops.

The beer pours hazed, the color of darkened orange juice. There is an inch of thick, foamy, ragged, white head that leaves sticky layers of lacing down the glass. The aroma is citrus, mango skin, mango, pineapple. The taste follows the aromas, big, citrusy, tropical fruit, with some earthiness. The end is dry and quite bitter. The beer drinks soft, smooth, with a tingling carbonation that is refreshing. Another tasty great one from TG.
