Toppling Goliath Fire, Skulls & Money IPA

The Toppling Goliath Brewing Company is in Decorah, Iowa. They do great things with beer. This is a 7.0% ABV India Pale Ale. 

The beer pours a cloudy golden and orange. There is a tall head of thick, foamy white. The aroma is a massive blast of citrus and tropical, guava, passion fruit. The taste follows the aromas, big, juicy, ripe, citrus, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, pomelo, along with tropical guava, passion fruit, and mango skin. The finish is dry and fairly bitter. The beer drinks smooth and soft, with light, yet tingling, carbonation. This is exquisite.
