The beer pours a glistening golden in
color, just a shade darker than your average champagne. There is a
half-inch of white head, not long lasting, very carbonated. The
aroma is tart, funky, leather and flowers. The taste follows the
aromas tart, but also with much leather and horse blanket, along with
flowers. The finish is crisp and dry. The beer drinks smooth and
crisp.
