Fulton 300

This 7.0% ABV India Pale Ale with Mosaic hops is from the Fulton Brewing Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was originally brewed to commemorate their 300th batch, but has since become a regular.

The beer pours an orange-tinted dark honey golden in color. There is a half-inch of white to off-white head. The aroma is over ripe tropical fruits and melons, mango skins, an earthy fruitiness. The taste follows the aromas, big, ripe, tropical, fruity, luscious, mango skins, with a strong bitterness on the dry finish. The beer drinks with a nice body, smooth, but with pleasant carbonation. Man, this is a big and delicious IPA.
