Samuel Adams Got to Gose

The Samuel Adams line of beers are from the Boston Brewing Company of Boston, Massachusetts. This is a 4.8% ABV take in the gose style, using not only salt and coriander, but cucumber as well. It is part of the summer variety pack.

The beer pours golden in color. There is a tall, thick, foamy head of white. The aroma is toasted grain, lager, with light tart and cucumber notes, the coriander and salt light, but present. The taste follows the aromas, but is very mellow, cucumber first, then grain, with the tart, salt and coriander all very light and in the background.
