The beer pours black in appearance with
an inch of thick, foamy, light tan head. The aroma is dark chocolate,
sweet, dark roast in the first wave. Just when you wonder where the
Sriracha is, bang, there is a wave of it. The two sides of chocolate
and Sriracha then go round and round. The taste is predominantly
chocolate and dark roast, with the Sriracha making a slow burning
heat. The beer drinks with a tingling of carbonation that ups the
sting of the pepper heat. This works well as a pleasant pepper stout.
