The beer pours an orange-tinted honey golden. There is over
an inch of thick, foamy, white head. The aroma is floral, gardens and fields of
wildflowers, honey, and ripe fruit. The taste follows the aromas, lots of
flowers, a bit of honey-like sweetness, round and ripe fruits, and then a blast
of floral, grassy bitterness that brings it to a dry finish. The beer drinks
easy, smooth, refreshing. This is a really great-tasting take on the Belgian
IPA.
