The beer pours golden in color, a touch hazy, but mostly
clear. There is about a half-inch of white foam. The aroma is floral, yeasty,
herbal, tangy. The rose petals do stand out. The taste follows the aromas, very
floral, a bit fruity, esters of yeast, with a light herbal note. The finish is
quite dry. The beer drinks smooth, with moderate carbonation that puts a bit of
a quench in the end.
