The beer pours dark amber and orange in color. There is a
relatively short head of off-white to light tan foam, bubbly. The aroma is
loads of spices, pumpkin, toasted, semi-sweet, like a rich pumpkin bread or
pumpkin pie. The taste follows the aromas, a pleasant punch of pumpkin pie
spices to the kisser, toasted, with a moderately bitter and quite dry finish.
The taste is like liquid holiday pumpkin dessert. The mouthfeel is crisply
carbonated, drinks like a lager, which is a bit incongruous with its taste.
Very nice flavor, but I would like a creamier mouthfeel.
