The beer pours a light amber in color, dark honey, to a light brown with an orange tint, almost brandy-like in its color. There is
an inch of thick and somewhat creamy white to off-white head that leaves medium lacing down the glass. The aroma is sweet
toasted malt, caramel and grain, and grassy, floral, spicy hops. The taste follows the aromas,
toasted malt, bit of caramel and honey, floral notes, and a grassy, mildly
bitter finish that is dry and clean. This is a really nice amber lager.
