The beer pours a medium brown with tones of burnt orange.
There is nearly an inch of off-white to very light tan foamy, almost creamy,
head that leaves some sticky lacing on the glass. The aroma is light, roasted
and toasted malts, caramel, with some notes of dark fruits. The taste follows
the aromas, fairly light for a bock, but some very nice dark caramel notes. The
beer drinks very carbonated, crisp, easy, refreshing.
