Zipline Country White

This is a 4.6% ABV sessionable farmhouse style ale from the Zipline Brewing Company of Lincoln, Nebraska. It is made with locally sourced white wheat.

The beer pours a very pale yellow golden, nearly champagne-like. There is a tall head of pure white, fizzy foam. The aroma is floral, yeasty, banana and fruity esters, over light wheat. The taste follows the aromas directly with some citrus coming in. The beer is very highly carbonated, refreshing, but almost  hard to drink it is so carbonated. The finish is mild with a pleasant aftertaste of the original flavors.
