Big Sky Brewing Summer Honey

This is a 5.0% ABV summer seasonal ale brewed with honey and spices from Big Sky Brewing of Missoula, Montana. 

The beer pours a dark yellow golden, a bit of honey golden. There is a half-inch head of white foam. The aroma is floral honey, jasmine, lightly herbal, with notes of the soft inside of French bread. The taste is sweet, floral, honey, lightly herbal. While the honey notes give sweetness, it is not too sweet, but there is very little bitterness here either. It drinks easy and makes a nice summer refresher.
