The beer pours a bright copper in color. There is about a
half inch of off-white foamy head. The aroma is bright and citrusy, touch of
caramel, bready and crackery, with a hint of dankness. The taste follows the
aromas directly. The finish is dry and moderately bitter, with some
grapefruit-like astringency. The beer drinks easy with a refreshing
carbonation, making a pale ale that is quaffable overall.
