The beer pours amber and copper in colored, bright, nearly glowing. There is a tall head of
off-white to very light tan foam that bubbles down to a thick and foamy,
long-lasting mass. The aroma is very floral, marigolds and geraniums, earthy,
funky, yeasty, with a tart tang on the
end. The taste is the aromas blasting off, all the flavors contained in, but
more intense than, the smell. It has that very fine carbonation of
bottle-conditioning.
“A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it is better to be thoroughly sure.” -Czech Proverb

To Ol Fuck Art This Is Architecture
This is a 5.0% ABV Belgian-style farmhouse pale ale from To Ol, with the beer brewed and bottled at De Proef Brouwerij at Lochristi-Hijfte, Belgium. An original partner with the two guys behind Tool was Mikkel (think Mikkeller). My store blacked out the naughty word on the label. The picture appears to be the North Korean "Hotel of Doom", the never finished Ryugong that has been under construction for about 29 years.
