The beer pours a dark amber to copper in color with over an
inch of thick off-white foam. The aroma is malty, light caramel, a bit tangy.
The taste is also malty, caramel, roasted and toasted, with a light fruitiness
on the end, and a grassy, lightly bitter finish. It is light to medium bodied
with a crisp and refreshing carbonation. This isn’t going to win any major flavor
awards, but it is very drinkable, and a pretty good product for City. I would drink it again.
