Boulder Sweaty Betty Blonde

The Boulder Beer Company is in Boulder, Colorado.  This is a 5.2% ABV hefeweizen style wheat beer that uses yeast from Weinstephan. The beer pours a hazy pale yellow, with a large, pillowy white head. The aroma is spiced banana bread, tangy, and toasted wheat. The taste follows the aromas quite directly. It has a crisp carbonation and drinks refreshing. A pretty nice American weizen.
