Game On Shoot Out Maibock

This 6.0% ABV beer is from the Game On Brewing Company of Glendale, Wisconsin.  It seems odd in this day and age that I don't find a website for them. They have a line of sports-themed beers.  This may be an offshoot of the Sprecher brewers (who also do Chameleon beers).

The beer pours a dark honey golden, with amber and orange tints. There is a short and thin off-white head. The aroma is malty with a tang, sweet potato. The taste is predominantly malty, grain and sweet potato. It is moderately dry with medium body and carbonation. Overall, it feels incomplete, they got off to a good start, but it is lacking something.
