The beer pours a mostly clear golden color, with just the slightest haze. There is a tall head of pure white foam, not long lasting. The wheat is noticeable in the aroma, there is also citrus and floral. I often get a big marigold note from farmhouse yeasts, and it is here. There is a pleasant tang and funk from the yeast. The taste follows the aromas, floral, citrus, wheat and yeast. It is lightly carbonated, with a medium body. The finish is quite dry and fairly bitter. This is very nice for the style, a pleasant farmhouse table beer.
“A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it is better to be thoroughly sure.” -Czech Proverb
