Third Street Brewhouse Rise to the Top Cream Ale

Third Street Brewhouse is the new craft beer offshoot of the Cold Spring Brewery of Cold Spring, Minnesota. This is a 4.1% ABV cream ale. The beer pours a golden yellow in color with a tall, creamy, foamy white head. The aroma is bread dough and floral, with some grassy bitterness. The taste is slightly sweet, bready, with a light grassy bitter finish and some floral, fruity notes. It has an appropriate creaminess to the mouthfeel, and enough carbonation to give a tingle. Solid.
