Dundee Pilsner

This 4.85% ABV pilsner is from the Dundee Brewing Company of Rochester, New York. The beer pours a pale golden yellow with a tall head of white foam. The aroma is malty golden grain, straw, a touch of floral and a touch of funk. The taste follows the aromas. It is well carbonated, drinks crisp and refreshing, and ends with a moderate bitterness and dryness. Overall, a pretty good American pilsner.
