The beer pours a deep golden in color. There is a short white head. The aroma is lightly sweet, countered with citrus, mostly lemon. The taste is malted golden grain, lightly sweetened lemon, with a quite bitter and dry finish. It has a nice light carbonation, and the head adds a bit of smooth creaminess. This is simple, but very enjoyable and well done.
