Uncommon Brewers Golden State Ale

Uncommon Brewers are in Santa Cruz, California.  They say they brew "Uncommon beer for uncommon people."  Apparently you will become a beer explorer when you drink their beer, as their logo is a pith helmet.

This 6.4% ABV beer is organic, unfiltered, unpasteurized and includes toasted poppy seeds.  The beer pours a somewhat hazy honey golden with a hint of orange.  There is a tall head of thick, foamy, creamy white head.  The aroma is tart and citrusy, tangerine, somewhat floral.  The taste is very fruity, yeasty fruit, somewhat floral.  This is intensely flavored, and I am not sure if I am "fir it" or "agin it."
