This IPA is 6.4% ABV and pours a hazy yet glowing orange-copper in color. There is a slight head of off-white foam. The aroma is spicy and herbal, cloves and orange cream. The taste follows the aroma, cloves, orange citrus, a touch of pine on a solid malt backbone. This is a unique IPA, never had one quite like it. The finish is bitter and dry with a lingering aftertaste of spiced Christmas punch.
“A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it is better to be thoroughly sure.” -Czech Proverb
