Weyerbacher Last Chance IPA

The Weyerbacher Brewing Company is in Easton, Pennsylvania. This 5.9% ABV India Pale Ale gives part of its proceeds to animal rescue operations.

The beer pours the color of orange honey, with a bit of haze. There is a short head of off-white foam. The aroma is citrus and strawberries, a touch of passion fruit, and a light soapy note. The taste follows the aromas, but in a very light way, the taste being less than the aroma, over a bed of toasted malt. It is moderately bitter and tangy on the finish. The mouthfeel is watery. This is, sadly, not very good.
