Schell's Cream Ale

This 4.7% ABV cream ale is from the August Schell Brewing Company of New Ulm, Minnesota. 

The beer pours a straw yellow and golden, with a light haze. There is an inch of white foaming head. The aroma is grain, french bread, light straw, with a bit of freshly cut open apple. The taste follows the aromas, adding in a grassy, bitter finish. There is a nice balance of grain, fruit, and grassy bitterness. The beer drinks refreshing and crisp. This is very enjoyable.
