Iowa Eagle

This 4.2% ABV American style lager is from the Iowa Brewing Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. 

The beer pours a clear deep golden in color. There is a tall head of white, ragged, fizzing foam. The head is not long lasting. The aroma is lightly sweet, bread, cooked corn, light straw, and a light fruitiness. The taste follows the aromas note for note. It drinks easy and refreshing, with crisp, but not overpowering, carbonation. This is very drinkable.
