Lion Bridge Ziva Voda

This Czech-style pilsner is from the Lion Bridge Brewing Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The beer pours a lightly hazy deep golden, dark straw yellow. There is a relatively short head of white foam. The aroma is mild, grain, hay, honey. The taste is bold, with the same notes of grain, hay, honey, adding bread and a strong grassy bitterness. The beer drinks crisp and refreshing, without being over carbonated.
