The beer pours a deep, dark copper and
bronze. There is a half-inch of off-white head. The aroma is bold,
citrus, orange, dried apricots, and pine. The taste follows the
aromas, adding in some toasted malt, and finishing dry, with a quite
bitter finish. The beer drinks easy, crisp and thirst quenching. This is a good classic English/East Coast style IPA.
