Lagunitas Cherry Jane

This 5.5% ABV sour ale brewed with Turkish Delight cherry juice is from the Lagunitas Brewing Company of Petaluma, California (and now with a brewery in Chicago, Illinois). 

The beer pours ruby red with purple tones. There is a half-inch of pink foam. The aroma is tart, leathery, funky, cherry juice, cherry pits. The taste follows the aromas, tart, funky, with blasts of cherry. The finish is dry and tart. The beer has a medium and smooth body.
