Evil Twin Public Servant Firefighters Edition DIPA

Evil Twin Brewing has its origins in Denmark, but its beers are actually brewed at different breweries around the world. This 9.0% ABV double India Pale Ale was produced and canned at Dorchester Brewing in Boston, Massachusetts. 

The beer pours a hazy, dirty dark yellow and orange. There is an inch of white to off-white foam head. The aroma is bright, juicy, with lots of passion fruit. The taste follows the aromas, citrus, with loads of passion fruit and some guava. The finish is dry and moderately bitter. There is a wave of sweetness, full of peach, before the dry finish kicks in. The beer drinks smooth and full-bodied, but not heavy in the slightest. This is a really nice DIPA.
