The beer pours a bright amber with a
reddish tint. There is nearly an inch of light tan foam, that bubbles
down raggedly. The aroma is sweet, tangy, fruity, grassy, with tea
and lemon. The taste is malty, light caramel, crackery, plums, tea,
and lemon. The finish is quite bitter. The beer drinks easy, smooth,
with enough carbonation to add to the refreshment. This is delicious,
and would stand well against the best British bitter or pale ale. I really liked this one.
