Sun King Pachanga

The Sun King Brewery is in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is their 4.2% ABV Mexican-style lager, brewed with a bit of lime.

The beer pours a clear light golden. There is an inch of white foam head, that fizzes down relatively quickly. The aroma is light, a bit of grain, very light note of green apples and wet cardboard. The taste is much better than the aroma. It tastes clean, no off notes, light toasted grain, and then a nicely bitter grassy and earthy finish. The beer drinks crisp and refreshing. This is a tasty drinker.
