Empyrean Super Nova Summer Fest

The Empyrean Brewing Company is in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is their 5.0% ABV summer beer. 

The beer pours a very dark golden, nearing light amber. There is an inch of white, foaming, fizzing head. The aroma is mild, toasted grains, light hay. The taste follows the aromas, grain, malt, with a bitter grassy finish. The beer drinks refreshing, with a medium body.
