Empyrean Mind Over Mango IPA

The Empyrean Brewing Company is in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is their 6.0% ABV mango India Pale Ale.

The beer pours a dark golden with a tint of peach flesh. There is nearly an inch of white, thick, foamy head. The aroma is mango, and a bit of tropical hops that has mango skin and light dankness. The taste follows the aromas, mango and dank, with a quite bitter finish. The beer drinks easy, with soft and refreshing carbonation.
