Surly Yummi Bear IPA

This 6.9% ABV West Coast style India Pale Ale is from the Surly Brewing Company of Brooklyn Center (and now Minneapolis), Minnesota.

The beer pours a deep golden in color. There is over an inch of white foaming head. The aroma is hoppy, dank, some citrus, and a bit of tropical. The taste follows the aromas, along with a piney and very, very bitter finish, that is quite dry. The beer drinks easy, both soft and refreshing.
