Carroll Brewing Hoppy Saison

This 5.0% ABV saison is from the Carroll Brewing Company of Carroll, Iowa.

The beer pours a pure yellow golden in color, with a touch of very light haze. There is an inch of white foam head, not particularly long-lasting. The aroma is bright, very floral, some citrus, notes of Belgian yeast. The taste follows the aromas, very floral, with some fruit and citrus. The finish is exquisitely dry, with a moderate floral bitterness. The beer drinks easy and refreshing. This is amazingly well done and tasty.
