The beer pours a bright amber in color.
There is a tall, thick head of off-white to very light tan foam. The
aroma is tropical, pineapple, coconut, citrus. The taste mostly
follows the aromas, but adds in a bit of band-aid and is ruined.
There is a moderately bitter finish, fought off by some sweetness in
the malt. The beer drinks smooth. Shiner makes great lagers, but struggles with IPA's.
