Clown Shoes Double Dry Hopped Galactica Double IPA

Clown Shoes Beer comes from the Mercury Brewing Company of Ipswich, Massachusetts. This double everything India Pale Ale is 8.0% ABV.

The beer pours amber and orange in color. There is an inch of off-white head. The aroma is mild, juicy orange and caramel malt. The taste hits the same notes, rich, caramel malt and deep orange, with a biting grapefruit finish. There is a moderate bitterness. The beer drinks with a full, but not at all heavy body, and moderate carbonation.
