The beer pours amber in color with a
huge, billowing, thick off-white head. I poured this carefully and am
not sure why the head got so big. The aroma is citrus, orange, yeast,
floral, and passion fruit. The taste follows the aromas, massive,
orange, malty, sweet, and bitter as can possibly be, like biting
grapefruit rind while drinking strong tonic. The beer drinks smooth
and full bodied. This is one big beer.
