The beer pours a perfect copper in
color. There is an inch of light tan head. The aroma is malty, nutty,
caramel, and a touch of tanginess. The taste follows the aromas,
nicely toasted malt, with nut and caramel, some sweetness there, but
the finish is quite dry. The bitterness is low. The beer drinks easy
with a nice medium body, and just enough refreshing carbonation. This
is a tasty, tasty, quaffer. They need to sell it in quart bottles.
