The beer pours a deep golden in color.
There is about an inch of white foam head. The aroma is sweet,
fruity, with yeast notes and a touch of grain. The taste follows the
aromas, sweet and yeasty, with both malt and yeast giving fruit
tones. Even with all the sweetness the finish is fairly dry, with
light bitterness. The beer drinks very smooth, with a nice tangy end.
This is a well done Trippel style.
