The beer pours copper and amber with an
orange tint. There is a short head of white foam. The aroma is
pumpkin pie and pumpkin bread, lots of pumpkin filling and fall
spices. The taste follows the aromas, hitting the same notes, but
adding in a pleasantly burning moderate heat at the end. There is
sweetness, some toasted grain, and then the pepper heat. The peppers
in this add heat without much pepper flavor. The beer drinks smooth
and soft. This is a nice take on the pumpkin beer.
