Deuchars IPA

This 4.4% ABV India Pale Ale is from Caledonian Brewing of Edinburgh, Scotland. 

The beer pours a dark golden in color. There is an inch of white, foamy, ragged head. The aroma is citrus, alfalfa, and toasted malt. The taste follows the aromas, rich toasted malt with citrus and floral hops. The balance is exquisite. The finish is dry and lightly bitter. The beer drinks easy and smooth with perfectly moderate carbonation. This is a delicious and wonderfully balanced beer.
