Lagunitas Aunt Sally

This 5.7% ABV dry-hopped sour ale is from the Lagunitas Brewing Company of Petaluma, California (and now with a brewery in Chicago, Illinois). 

The beer pours a dark golden in color. There is a relatively short head of white foam. The aroma is musky, tart, yet sweet, floral. The taste is incredibly tart, unexceptedly so based on the relative mild tartness in the aroma. There is lemon, along with much flowers, and a woody earthiness. The beer drinks smooth, crisp in its tartness, with a relatively bitter finish.
