The beer pours a light amber in color.
There is nearly an inch of white head that quickly fizzles down. The
aroma is well toasted grain with lemon over the top. The taste is the
reverse, a blast of sour lemon over the toasted grain. The finish is
dry with a very mild bitterness. The beer drinks easy, but this beer
is out of balance. Better radlers mix their grain and lemon in more
balanced proportion.
