Able Beer First Light

This 6.0% ABV American IPA is from the Able Seedhouse + Brewery of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The founders wanted to remind people that they are "able" to accomplish the making and building of things.

The beer pours copper in color. There is over an inch of white foamy head, that breaks down fairly quickly. The aroma is dank, with tropical fruit. The taste follows the aromas, very dank, earthy, light pine, tropical fruit and melons, with a very bitter and dry finish. The beer drinks smooth with soft carbonation. This is intense, flavorful, and drinks nicely.
