The beer pours a pale golden yellow,
nearing champagne. There is a tall, thick, foamy white head. The
aroma is grain, lemony citrus, lightly grassy. The taste follows the
aromas, hitting the same notes, with a finish that has a moderate
grassy bitterness. The beer drinks light and easy with a refreshing
carbonation. This is okay, but there are better American pilsners out there.
