Three Floyds Crescendo of Doom: A Tactical Lager

This 6.8% ABV hopped up lager is a collaboration between Gigantic Brewing of Portland, Oregon and 3 Floyds. The Three Floyds Brewing Company is in Munster, Indiana. "It's Not Normal."

The beer pours a hazy, yet bright golden in color. There is an inch of white, foamy head. The aroma is bright, tangy, citrusy, grassy, lots of bread dough, with a bit of floar, and a bit of earthy funkiness. There is also some very light mango and passion fruit skins. The taste follows the aromas, hitting the same notes. The finish has a massive floral and grassy bitterness. The beer drinks easy with a biting and refreshing carbonation.
